Costs for a care unit in the garden

The exact costs of a care unit in the garden depend on several factors. The size plays an important role, but the materials chosen, additional options, and level of finishing also affect the total price. No permit for care unit

In most cases, you do not need a permit to place a care unit on your own land. However, the care unit must comply with the Building Decree for living environments, which includes rules on safety, health, and the environment. Additionally, the care unit cannot continue to be used as a residence once caregiving is no longer required. You must also remove any kitchen or bathroom. Reimbursement for care unit from the Wmo

In some cases, you may be entitled to reimbursement for the placement of a care unit.
